Donations intended for the project will be allocated to cover expenses in the following order of priority:
1. Primarily, they will be used for costs related to the final design up to obtaining the building permit (including the tendering phase);
2. Subsequently, for the construction of the work (execution phase).
The amounts will be used progressively as they are received, in compliance with the order of priority described above.
If the execution phase is not carried out, donations intended for the construction of the work will be refunded.
